A Career Built from the Ground Up
For more than thirty years, I’ve worked in higher education, first as faculty, later as an administrator, and now as a coach and consultant for people doing the hard, meaningful work of higher education leadership. That means when we work together, I’m speaking from experience. I’ve addressed hard personnel issues with both compassion and directness. I’ve successfully managed large, collaborative initiatives in both collective bargaining environments and right-to-work states. I’ve addressed every facet of faculty workload structure, led university-wide accreditation and academic program reviews, and made high-stakes calls under pressure. Through it all, I’ve managed to emerge with my clarity and confidence intact. I would be honored to share this experience with you.
Meet Laura Delbrugge
Pragmatic. Personal. Direct. Caring.
I’ll bring all four attributes to every conversation we have — because you deserve someone who's paying attention to you, not just talking at you.
I’ve done this work, so I understand the weight of it, and I genuinely care about the people carrying that weight right now in higher education. I listen carefully, I work collaboratively, and I show up ready to do the work with you, because that’s what real change takes.
